It was much nicer than one could expect from something typically called a hostel. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. Very helpful staff and great location in Kazimirez.
Big room with TV, fridge and bathroom. They even have free bikes you can use. Recommended if travelling on a budget and want a basic but very comfortable and friendly hotel.

Greg & Tom has the best staff ever. Friendly, helpful and always there for you with a big(and beautiful) smile. You have to pay for the breakfast, but it's very worthwhile. The included dinner was very nice too. The rooms and showers/toilets were clean. This hostel has the best location, on the main street of Krakow. Definitely recommend!

Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central. Highly recommended. -

(the other one is not as pretty, so when we couldn't stay in that room another night the stuff gave us 7-bedroom dorm as private room for 3 of us). The stuff was friendly and helped us finding parking nearby.

Excellent hotel. 5/5. It is located just on the edge of the oldtown which is where you want to be. When you arrive at the airport get the train into Krakow (£2.50). When you arrive at central station walk through a gaint shopping center and the hotel is really near. We stayed in room 6/2 which was really lovely. Huge green room with beutiful expose
