The staff were very friendly, the room was reasonable. The location was terrific. very good confortable start point for sightseeing. Very good breakfast, good location, helpful staff. The room was cold. The heating wasn't on, and the nights were just flat out cold. I left Kraków sniffling and sneezing and shivering. The other thing was that I booked a "double" room (I.E. with a double bed) and got 2 twin beds. This wasn't a problem for me (solo traveller) but for some visitors it might be. Make sure to confirm the bed type if it's important to you!.
