Greg & Tom has the best staff ever. Friendly, helpful and always there for you with a big(and beautiful) smile. You have to pay for the breakfast, but it's very worthwhile. The included dinner was very nice too. The rooms and showers/toilets were clean. This hostel has the best location, on the main street of Krakow. Definitely recommend!

The staff was friendly and kind. We arrived early and we were accepted.

I spent three nights here and I must say I have felt at home. I got hot water, comfort, cleanliness, great atmosphere, all rolled into one. It is definitely a place I plan to come back to next time I visit Krakow. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and accomodating . breakfast was average but delivered to the room . Excellent location . They even added proper bath towels after feedback and also provided a bedside lamp . - It was very nice and close to all facilities. Because of it, it was very convenient to move around
