  The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river.   I stayed at the Hotel Columbus with my family (mum and sister) in a triple room which was really spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean at all times with a nice strong shower and bath. There was plenty of storage space in the room for tjhe three of us. The staff were exceptionally helpful, thoughtful and friendly, great advice on how to... what people say » get to places in Cracow and where to eat etc.. - We were very pleased with Hotel Columbus. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helped with booking tours and arranged taxis to and from the airport. The rooms were clean, tasteful, and comfortable. It's on a safe main street a short walk from Kazimierz and a 20 minute walk from the main square, but there are trams if walking isn't for you. Would definetly stay again.

  This hotel has been open about 8 months after being built over a 2 year period by the owners who wanted to do it right - and they have done it right ! Beautiful room , new, modern and homey at the same time. Pillows, Douvets, mattress, carpets are really done well and provide a great night sleep. Elevators are large, bright, clean and quick.
