  Building is new so the apartment is in pristine condition. Good location, about 15 to 20 minutes on foot to the old town. Very clean and comfy room.   I had a great experience at this hotel. Super helpful friendly reception. The owner goes out of his way to help the guests to experience the Polish culture. The location is ideal. It is located in a very quiet area but you are still close to the old market with short walks to many of Krakows attractions. Nice breakfast. We arrived at 3 am and were greeted by the owner himself. Very convenient location, practically next to the Old Town. We do not have to use public transport, except travel outside of Krakow. We arranged for the room rate, although it was possible to find a cheaper option. The room is clean and comfortable.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly and arranged to pick us up from the airport, they even booked our visit to auschwitz for the next morning providing transport and a tour guide.   Novum House is in a wonderful location about a 5 min walk to the main square, which while we were there had a great Christmas market! Thank you to Thomas and Rafael who went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. I would highly recommend Novum House and will definitely sta - Despite we thought we have booked a double room apartment (something was wrong when I booked on letsbookhotel.com), we actually enjoyed our stay. Your willingness to do whatever was required to make our stay as comfortable as expected is something we appreciate. It’s a nice place, you all are very kind and it’s on a unbeatable location. For sure we’ll stay again when we come back to this nice city.
