Building is new so the apartment is in pristine condition. Good location, about 15 to 20 minutes on foot to the old town. Very clean and comfy room. Bed in our room was a chaise lounge sofa type thing with a sheet and a duvet- found this perfectly comfy but taller people might have issues. It was more like a modern apartment rather than a hostel room. Great kitchen and bathroom. Really clean room and in a quiet district. City center is 10-15 minutes walk away.
