  Excellent hotel. 5/5. It is located just on the edge of the oldtown which is where you want to be. When you arrive at the airport get the train into Krakow (£2.50). When you arrive at central station walk through a gaint shopping center and the hotel is really near. We stayed in room 6/2 which was really lovely. Outside the room there was a small kitchen, handy for making cups - perfect location to main city clean and comfortable

  Its a very cozy place, a flat in an old building which has completely been refurbished as a modern apartment and turned into a hostel. The staff is super friendly and really helpful. The place is very clean and feels more as a "home" than as a hostel. Its a 4 bedrooms apartment after all. We got an apartment, and for two people it was perfect. It looks very new and its decorated in boutique style. Wi-Fi was also working OK and stuff had no problem to speak English.

  This was a perfect base for exploring Krakow. It is in an excellent location. Our room was clean and cheerful. Everything appeared newly refurbished. The common areas for eating and relaxing provided a place for interacting with other travelers from all around the globe. The staff was helpful and friendly. And, contrary to info in previous re... what people say » views, the towels were great! - First you have to understand that this is a "hostel", not a regular hotel. Thus you make your own bed and the room is not cleaned daily. The staff were extremely good and helpful. It was useful to be able to make a hot drink in the shared kitchen area.   The hostel itself is very quite and clean. The stuff is extremely nice, easy going, give you a feeling like being home and at the same time are very professional! The hostel's location is great as well, as it is just around the corner from the main train station (which you however do not hear) and just 10 min away from the old town.   Located in a quiet peaceful area, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the many beautiful sites in Krakow. Takes about 15 mins to get to centre city by tram or bus and transport is pretty cheap. I've travelled most of Europe and must say this was the best value for money I have found! I would and probably will stay there again. - I find this a quiet spot good for a sense of real neighborhood life, on the way to Wieliezcka Salt Mine attraction, The host family is kind and helpful. WiFi is good, bedding fresh, and a feeling of privacy in a big home. Having a little kitchen in the room is convenient. I like the big bathtubs in the shared bathrooms. An excellent value. I will stay again.

  Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central.   (+) The location of the hostel was excellent - 5 min walk to Wawel castle and the Old Town, 15 min walk to the Main Square. There is a closed parking on the spot, free of charge. Common areas were clean and well maintained, including the kitchen with a microwave and a fridge you can use. The hostel doesn't have a POS terminal, but you can pay after you exchange the money. I think you can also pay in eur - Very warm room with comfortable bed and powerful en-suite shower. Breakfast was cornlakes, cheese, ghurkins, toast, coffee. Loads of leaflets advising where to eat, drink and what to see. Very friendly. Excellent for the price if on a budget. Only 5min walk to town. The 292 bus from the airport stops at "Crakovia Hotel", which is just 5-10 min walk to hostel (pick up city street map at tourist info kiosk at the airport, which is right next to cash point machine).
