  Well we arrived late at about 10.20 to the Amber Apartments as we had a late flight . We was given instructions on what to do arriving which we fallowed and was meat by a very nice gentleman who show us round the Amber Apartments which we had book he spent some time showing you making sour we knew were everything was and how it worked before s... what people say » aying good night. Was even told to make our self at home before payment and he call the next day for payment given a choice of cash or card . This - This familiy owned apartment(s) in the Old town is without doubt the best we have stayed at in Poland. Only five minutes walk from the railroad station, or the restaurants of the Old Town, the location is superb. We did not experience any disturbing street noice at all and the apartment (Rose) had everything you need when it comes to commodities. The only thing I missed was a few english speaking tv channels like cnn/bbc, but for us that was not so important. The wifi connection worked very wel

  We had a business room which was massive in size and ideal for a running toddler (18 mths) with plenty of space without getting on top of our bags etc. They provided a travel cot which we requested and this was in great condition and worked well.   Stayed at the Grand Cru Hotel over the last weekend and I was very pleased with the high standards of the hotel itself and with the service. I had dinner in the restaurant on one of the evenings and would recommend it for quality, service and value. My waiter was great and I would not have known it was his first night if he had not told me - good ... what people say » job! The free WiFi really worked all over the hotel, makes life much easier than billing by the day. The hotel is just round the corner from the water - It's location close enough to the historic center yet in a secluded and quiet area. Our room was spacious,it was comfortable, clean and quiet. The architecture of the building with a mix of new and some touches of old style. The minimalist decoration in the rooms. Tastefully designed restaurant as well. They had a very sweet gesture and offer my husband and me complimentary dessert and a drink for our 32nd Wedding Anniversary. Thanks grand cru!!!

Town itself is great. Clean spacious rooms. We had our adult children with us and the room had two bathrooms. Breakfast was fantastic, a huge spread of food, buffet style, the best we have seen anywhere. Staff were wonderful.
