The welcome; the breakfasts; Steve and Jeanette the very enthusiastic hosts who really wanted you to enjoy your New Zealand experience; the information readily given; the appetisers given free in the evening before we went out to dinner; the high standards achieved throughout the hotel. The room was fantastic and very comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating, allowing us a late check out and to use their wifi.
