Family apartment looked quite poor (stairs,fridge, tele and kitchen did not work properly), although spacious; -staff could be more service-minded; -very noisy: both the apartments as outdoors, especially on a Saturday evening .

A ferry leaving regularly will take you from Lauwersoog to the island in 45 minutes. It is prohibited to bring your car to the island. Our hotelbus will bring you from the landing stage to the hotel and vice versa.

Please note that guests can only pay with pin (debit card) and cash at Hotel Graaf Bernstorff. Please note that cars are not permitted on the island. Please note the Deluxe Suite room is located 80 metres of the main hotel building. Guests can make use of the free return shuttle bus service which departs from the ferry terminal.
