  I loved staying at the Westin, it was the best hotel i have stayed in, staff couldn't have been any nicer or helpful, room was amazing and spotless, the bed was as stated - heavenly. Could have probably spent the weekend in the room it was so nice. Will definitely stay at the Westin again if in Rotterdam. - Excellent staff and room. We asked for an extra bed a few hours after we had arrived and they gently provided everything with absolutely no extra charge!

  - we received a free room upgrade...king size bed and private mini-sauna in the bathroom - free espresso in the room - view from the room - an excellent SPA (free) situated at the 8th floor with really nice view of the harbour from the gym, the relax zone and sauna too!!!
