  The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and informative. We have never visited Rotterdam before and did not know much about where to go and things to do. Upon arrival, the receptionist provided us with a map of the city and also recommended a selection of places to go out for drinks, where to eat and how to get around. Although the room was not especially large, with one queen bed it did not feel at all cramped.   I loved staying at the Westin, it was the best hotel i have stayed in, staff couldn't have been any nicer or helpful, room was amazing and spotless, the bed was as stated - heavenly.   The extra bed for our little daughter was perfect and the lovely garden made it a wonderful stay. Too bad we could not enjoy our breakfast in the garden due to the rain that morning. - the family running this place are so wonderful and the place felt like a home away from home.
