  The receptionist was very friendly. She kindly recommended some tourists spots in Rotterdam to us. She even helped save our trip by helping us to open my luggage, the lock on which was broken. The room was very comfortable and spacious too. - Friendly staff, cool indoor smoking area and a billiard table at the bar! Room was big enough to accommod... what people say » ate 4 people.
