We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well. The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.

I can't recommend our stay at Kiki's more, I visited Amsterdam with 5 friends and the accommodation was absolutely ideal for us. We had ample space and felt instantly comfortable in the cool, trendy apartment. Kiki and Chris were helpful and friendly... I have already recommended their apartment to friends and family, and I would happily return if I visit the city again!

Everything, nice couple that was very nice and helpful in anything we asked, the apartment was big and comfy, we had there everything we needed and a big kitchen with everything you can ask for.
We had an amazing view to the lake, the apartment looked new and it was also renovated.
It was a bit expensive but if you compare it to Amsterdam's prices
