Met by the owners to welcome us with localmaps and shopping tips.Comfortable,central location, sunny aspect, great shopping location , walking distance to Centraal Station , trams outside the front door. Walk to canals and many attractions , restaurants and bars. Safe walking in the evening with a busy social community . Location fantastic. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome in Amsterdam. They will provide you with great information to make the most out of your stay in Amsterdam. Please visit winkel for apple pie...amazing with fresh cream. The room is as nice as the pictures online and you will not be disappointed.
all reviews » Christa and Yvon could not help us enough. We were made to feel so at home and Christa provided a map of where to go and what to see, off the beaten track. The rooms were clean and loved having the living to chill out as we took our parents. Fantastic trip and we will definitely stay again. Stayed here for two nights with my husband for a short break and it was lovely! Close to everything we wanted to see. Our plane landed very early and we are able to check in 6 hours early, no questions asked with a lovely warm welcome. We will be booking again!. Tout ! The narrow, steep, winding staircase to the second apartment is my only negative point. Nothing. Very steep staircase. that the double bed was 2 singles put together. after paying as much as we did we expected a bit more luxary- softer towels, nice soaps, shower gels and shampoos etc. steep staircase - hard to bring luggage up and down. Nothing. The stair case is very steep and narrow. The appartment had unlike announced no seperate bedroom. The bed next to the windows going to the street was a bit noisy.
