The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

You could not wish for a better location. The hotel staff are awesome and some of the most helpfull and friendly I have ever experienced. Mini-Bar is automatic so you cannot put anything else to the fridge. In the room there's kettle and choise of tee, coffee and cacao bags that is being refilled after room cleaning (daily).

The hotel had good proximity - to the Central Station, to pick up canal trip, trams, and of course the train. The district was very convenient for laundry, restaurants, and shops. The staff was always helpful & friendly. The room was big & comfortable - I would definitely stay there again. Good value. -
