Bed was so so comfy! Nice traditional features. 10% off in the restaurant underneath and the food was delicious! Such a central location - we could just walk everywhere so no money spent on travel.
It givess a realistic feeling that you are living in Amsterdam. This is my 3rd time staying here this year.

If i lived in an apartment in Amsterdam, i would want it to be like B&B the 9 streets. Totally loved it, Awesome!.
Very nice room for 3 persons. It will be better if separate bath room with toilette by plastic curtain.

Location and price.
The location is great - just next to the Herengracht and close to the Dam. Also the house is nice, very narrow, typical. Don´t expect any reception, you get the keys in the Japanese restaurant in the house.
couldn't get the wifi to work. Only frying pans to cook with!.
I didn't like that it was so nice, that it made me want to stay there again(HawHaw). No dislikes.

The apartment has NO DOOR so anyone can walk in to your apartment. The worst feature is however that the boiler is in the bedroom. It provides the hot water for the whole building so you are woken up with loud click clack noises all night. I was woken at 11pm 12am 1m and 4am - never again!!.

Although the name suggests "breakfast", you don´t get it. The staircase is very steep and the upper apartement has no lockable doors. The price was a bit high, probably due to the weekend time of our visit.
