  The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

  The staff were probably the most helpful I have come across in 30 years of travelling the world. They even tracked us down by phone to tell us that a museum we thought closed at 9 was to close at 7. The decor of the hotel is great and although like all canal side town houses the rooms are small, they were well laid out and of a high quality.   The staff were wonderful and the hotel is centrally located. The room was clean and well equipped. - I have only spent time there for sleep but what I really liked was the "cozy" feeling i had in my room. Also the very friendly staff.
