Front desk staff were very good and very attentive. - The staff are very friendly and helpful.The room is very big and comfortable, as well as the bed. The price is resonable. The bathroom is very sanitary and comfortable, and it is very close to the central station and it is just at the main entrance of the station. I would say it is a perfect hotel and recommend you to live there.

Room was very clean, just what we needed for a stop off before headed to our next destination in the morning. Shower/toilet is in the room, me and my partner wasn't bothered, but might be a bother for some people if friends are sharing a room. there was discounts for local restaurants and cafes, we did the breakfast in the Park Café in the morning

Minimal but functional. Bed was comfy, everything worked. No problems with noise. It was clean and new. Location was great, easy walking distance from everything, but still a quiet pleasant location. Plenty of interesting stuff right near the hotel, Escher museum, Mesdag panorama, the shopping area, cafes, eateries and art galleries... It's the best budget option we could find. No frills but the basics are good.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. Location is ideal, central but quiet and our room was excellent value. the beds were comfortable and room was clean and though not large it was well furnished with adequate facilities to make our stay easy. The bathroom was particularly well equipped with a spacious and responsive shower. Free wifi was a great asset for my teenage daughter and when we realised we had forgotten a charger for her IPod the hotel helped out by lending us one (5€ refundable depo

Our room had a bold style. The arrangement of a house, of the rooms and every little item was good value. In the middle of the historic city. 15 min. away from the beach...We loved it. - This hotel felt more like a BandB. It was very comfortable. The location is in a charming part of the Center. Absolutely nothing at all to find any kind of fault with. The level of customer service was exceptionally high, the room and bathroom were slick, functional and modern, and the buffet breakfast sumptuous! The Weekend Rate is very good value, if two people share a room. I will definitely be returning to this charming city and hotel in the near futur

I must stress the fact that Tally was fantastic. She was great all the way. She helped me keep my reservation, even though it was reported that my card was blocked. She spoke really politely in phone and showed her characteristics of a fantastic staff. I recommend her for promotion with immediate effect. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, the cleaning ness of the overall internal and external environment, the humility and willingness of the staffs to help and particularly Tally again :). Wonder
