Great position just by Den Haag Centraal (we were actually attending the Delft Blues Festival, but could get there by train within a few minutes). Bikes can also be rented and left overnight at the rail station rental depot, which is a one minute walk away The beds are supremely comfortable (but these are a legacy from Sofitel, I believe: just hope that when they are replaced the new ones are as good) Front desk staff were very good and very attentive.

Eden Babylon Hotel Den Haag is a very nice Hotel, located just next to the central railway station and about 5-7 minutes tot he center of the Hague. The Hotel has been renovated and is just perfect. I would strongly reccomend it to anybody who would like visit the Hague. Something also interesting. A vespa scooter can be rent form the Hotel reception which can be very practical in order to visit t. The hotel is really nice, quiet and rather elegant. The beds are great and the rooms are large with really nice bathrooms. It has all the nice ammenities of a really good hotel (bathrobes, big towels, coffee maker, etc.) but it does not have a gym. You can easily get anywhere in The Hague or even in Holland from this comfortable base. Breakfast is great.The decoration of room, hallway, entry. Modern but warm ambiance. There is currently buidling work happening behind the hotel, but not a problem if you ask for a room overlooking the park. being woken at 8am by the building site next door!!! and the silly design of the sink made it un-usable for tall people. Building work in vicinity a nightmare.The whole city block where the Eden Babylon Hotel is situated is under reconstruction. one day the cleaner left the window open, making the room quite cold. Tried the restaurant. Found it expensive for pretentiously tastless food. Service was very slow, though the restaurant was full with a large group, so this is probably not surprising. Exterior of the hotel is constantly under construction and entrance is consequently a bit shoddy.time it took to check out. the parking is 5 minutes walking and eur 19,- per 24 hours. It's the second year we have been there and still they are workingeverywhere, but no noise because we were there in the weekend. slippery bath/shower. This has been reported to the reception desk.early morning noise from the drilling !. The ongoing construction. Smell couse of construction comming from outside, but i guess it was not hotels fault. A lil bit small room. - building noises in the morning in the restaurant. I was not aware that building work was going on around the Hotel. The Car Parking was very inconvenient and was 10 minutes walk away. Restaurant was not available although Room service was. It was being renovated extensively. It was difficult to find how to getinto the entrance (small signs from the train station) It wasacknowledged that the hotel had tried to make it look nice, by puttingchandeliers and mirrors in the workshed that formed part of the entrance.Some of this at first seemed laughable - at least it showed the hotelhad tried to be welcoming in difficult circumstances. Unfortunately they are rebuilding the structure around the hotel , can be very noisy during the day and early morning. Room was too hot, even when heater was turned off. Due to construction the parking was far away. Hoel did not find the reservation and offered a free breakfast (whichwas included anyway) as compensation. the hotel is in a rebuilding situation. the outside is very bad. There was no parking close to the hotel and the solution that was offered in a parking garage is inconvenient and expensive. Construction going on in the hotel and near the hotel! Biggest surprise, that in the hotel of this size, there are no sauna, fitness room, pool etc... The fact that the air conditioning system was not able to cope with the warm weather. The hotel, but our room in particular felt like a sauna, the fact that the windows can only be opened a few centimeters did not help either.
