The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel modern decoration and outlets with fireplace were so delightful. Rooms were big enough with the modern touch. Overall, this hotel is a masterpiece, every detail had a touch of Art. I just loved the place and would like to thank all staff members....you made my stay special....keep it up -

We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well. Comparing the three hotels I've been in my recent european trip, with the same rates as them, Hotel Omega lived up to my expectations in terms of facilities, cleanliness, service, and I could say that I got my money's worth for the stay there. - The girl on arrival was very nice, and helpful. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The room was just perfect for my boyfriend and I and we both loved the bathroom and the bathroom shower! It was soo big that both of us could fit in it together! lol. The beds were super comfy as well, I adored them!!! There were two single beds but we put them together to make one big bed and it was soo cute and soo much fun. We both had amazing sleeps.
