great hotel and very good price. Great hotel with helpful staff. It is a modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Free hardcore porn. room size and comfort, accessibility by car, value for money; if you don't mind the (lack of a) view, then this is about the best you can get in Delft (for this price category, at least). I did not expect the rooms to have windows that can be opened- but itdid! Most hotels put that in the room description, maybe China Hotelcould do the same?.

Changed hotels after two days, will not be staying there again. The price of phone calls from the room was excessive. Staff doesn't seem to understand hand-written english requests. We requested a replacement soap, none was given until the 3rd day. Instead mini-Shampoo bottles were given for soap. I literally had to draw them a picture of the soap they had. . When I am asked whether to pay in USD or Euros, I would expect that the person asking me would obey what I requested. Too Late I discover I was charged in USD when I reqeusted Euros. The Bill states that USD was my choice and the choice is final. ON top of that a 3% rate addition was charged on top of the Global Refund reference rate. I doubt the exchange rate was Euro= 1.3301 on May 6th, 2010. The canteen-like style and opening hours of the restaurant...(but food was pretty good).Rooms were too noisy. I could the guys next door till 0200 in the morning. It was loud. Had obviously been a problem with the shower leaking which left the carpet outside the bathroom door wet.TV-Program, only 8 Channel. Air conditioning is always on and cannot be adjusted! No possibility of Internet in the room.New hotel with staff not well trained yet. There is a general lack of information available in the room for example there was no instruction for the safe. There was tea/coffe making facility in the room however there was no coffee or milk provided. the television was very restricted in the selection of channels. Only open for 2 months, understaffed, untrained, disorganized. Large,noisy buffet in neon lit dining hall only dining option (McDonalds100m...), althouhg food ok. Internet may be free but it is extremely slow (small broadband). I have modified my reservation from 1 night to 2 nights. It totally confused the hotel staff and I was charged twice for my reservation. Still waiting to get credit back on my account... Very disappointing. Breakfast was really really bad. Reception did not speak Dutch (I don'tlike it to speak english in my own country......). Completely incapable staff. No instructions at all in the room to use the telephone, how to use the safe, how to use the TV.No hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes. No soap at arrival, had to ask for it two times. Breakfast with old bread. Location is much too large for breakfast.No small spoon in the location where you had breakfast.Staff hardly speaks English or Dutch. No rating form!. noisy air-conditioning in the room with no way to adjust it or turn it off. It a new hotel which as just opened, but I did not find anything which I liked about the hotel.
