Free WiFi connection was unavailable most of the time. The heating was constantly turning off during the night.Despite asking for a reason and/or a solution, none was given.The room I stayed in was a strange layout. You enter the room through the bathroom and the shower cubicle would flood the floor of the bathroom everytime I had a shower. No tea/coffee making facilities and room could be cold as couldn't turn heating on. Breakfast could be variable at times but staff helpful and friendly so this was a plus. the bath-room was very small and cold.
