Without the 10% prepayment your reservation will be cancelled by the property. The property will contact the guests with bank transfer and PayPal details. It is only possible to pay with credit card (visa) and debit card through a PayPal link that the property send to the guests on request.
Please note that for bookings that are made less than 48 hours prior to arrival, this accommodation requires a 50% pre-payment within 4 hours after the reservation is made. If this pre-payment is not made within those 4 hours, the reservation will be cancelled.
Please note that the fixed amount of EUR 750 stated in the Prepayment Policy is a damage deposit. It is required upon arrival in cash and will be refunded in cash after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
