Please note that check-in is done at the property office in Amsterdam. Check-in cannot take place at the apartment. Guests will be contacted directly by the property after booking. Please note that each apartment is set in a different location. Please ask for directions at check in if needed. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking, or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. This property accepts cash and credit card payment. Guests who wish to pay by bank transfer need to contact the property in advance. A safety deposit of EUR 250 is required to be paid on arrival (see Policies). This will be refunded after stay by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account, provided that no damages are made. Cash refund is available under the condition of an extra EUR 30 payment at check-in. A card authorization is also possible. This card will only be charged if something is broken or missing in the apartment. Please note that there is a cleaning fee of EUR 50 per apartment per stay. Before your arrival, you will receive important documents that you must take with you to the check in desk. Please note that the first night will be charged on the day of the booking. The rest of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival. Please note that checking in after 18:00 is possible for a fee of 30 Euros. After 22:00 it is 50 Euros. Please note that windows are restricted and can only be opened for ventilation. This is to minimize noise complaints from neighbors. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
