Awesome hotel, i'll come back!. Hotel is nice and clean. staff are helpful. Mainly is hotel is situated on good location that i have saved lot money.. every thing is nearby. Nice breakfast and shower room. Apartment with kitchenette was very practical and comfortable tough with have to specify we reserved this particular room as initially we were given one without any kitchen. Over all very nice apt. for two couples. all reviews
Staaf was friendly and clean room.worth staying there.Localization, services and attitude of staff.very central, not expensive, welcoming staff. No problems. Staff was responsive.location; possibility to cook. The hotel is located pretty much in the centre of Amsterdam, which wasreally convenient as we were only staying for 4 nights. As we hadbooked the apartment, we had two rooms, both of them of a size biggerthan expected.Size of room was good for Amsterdam. breakfast is not too bad. Location right in the centre of the city, near bars, disteque, shoppingcentre ...central location. Location is great. I could honestly say I did not like anything at this hotel. Staff was rude, was very dirty hotel, room was not en suite as origionally expected. Noise polution was heavy throughout the hotel and coming from outside. Had to request fresh towels and was no do not disturb sign for door.Going home back to the UK. Only the location. Only that they did not cater for an early exit to catch my plane eg. Nobreakfast available. The room was large, but had no window, only a skylight. Also, there is anight club next door which made it a bit noisy.more kitchen utlities like pans would be plus. There were a couple of things which annoyed us. Only one hanger in thecloset, no hand towels at the toilet and we only got one key, and that'scertainly not enough for 4 adults, who has different preferences in acity like Amsterdam. You needed to be a mountaineer to get up the last flight of stairs. The noise in the middle of the night from outside on the weekend was really loud.staies are too steep. The hotel claimed to have 24 hours sevice but the reality is quite farfrom it. We were 4 persons but we got only got 1 key. We asked thereforethe hotel to open the door for the 2 of us late at night but they couldnot, because its too late ...??? Is it 24 hours service?. first, the receptionist insisted that I pay cash. she also said it didn't include breakfast (unlike what the website said). a very tired hotel. steep stairs. the hotel is next or at the back of a large club. music didn't stop until 5am in the morning. at some point the wall was actually shaking. one of the worst hotel experiences. That damn club down stairs...!. The hotel also has apartments down the road which aren't as good value for money and did feel as secure. Breakfast is very basic and is delivered to your room.Where do I start? The staff was rude and not very serviceminded. Didn't get breakfast any of the days, even if we payed extra. Stairs are too steep. The pressure in the showerheads was tragic - takes at least 30 minutes to wash your hair! And the water was cold ,too. Asked the staff to order taxi to the airport, and we were picked up by one of the staffmembers' husband in their familycar!!! Wich was, by the way, crowded with junk, kid's toys etc. Stay away!. Poorly accessed. Staff not helpful. Inclusive breakfast was a joke. Rooms noisy. On arrival to the hotel I had to attempt to climb a very steep stairs. I arrived at 10am and check in was at 12 and I was asked to put my bag in their kitchen facility. A single room worked out at 100 euro per nite including city tax and was totally over priced . Very unhappy with hotel, Id urge people not to book here!. Everything! will not be staying at this place again. . . . Pic on the website are not what the hotel looks like! I will think twice before you letsbookhotel.com!. I didn't like anything except the location.
