The fully renovated Pillows Anna van den Vondel re-opened its doors in January 2017. The distinctive 19th century property is located in an elegant street just off Vondelpark and features a private garden. The thirty-one rooms and suites have large windows and offer a view of the city or the garden. The rooms also feature a queen-size bed, a walk-in shower, fine bed linen, a Nespresso coffee machine, a smart HD TV and a wireless sound system. Some rooms even have their own terrace or French balcony. The Living is open day and night and serves dishes, bits and bites. In the open “Domestic Kitchen” guest chefs prepare the table d’hôtes dinner from Monday to Thursday; a daily changing menu prepared with local ingredients. The Van Gogh Museum is 800 m away, Rijksmuseum 1300 m and the Vondelpark is situated next to the hotel. The nearest airport is Schiphol Airport at 9 km. Pillows Anna van den Vondel Amsterdam is easy to reach by public transport.

Relaxed atmosphere. Good breakfast and breakfast facilities. 1. Staff: excellent, helpful, friendly. 2. Breakfast: buffet, convenient hours, generous, good selection of foods. 3. Location: quite central, good downtown connection via tram #1 (2 stops) or across the Vondel park.Very lovely atmosphere, tasty interior,beautiful garden, nice staff, one can feel very comfortable! Nice neighborhood as well. Quite central and easy to get downtown by tram. We'll sure come again!.
