Charming hotel with pleasant garden in back where you could relax, and a quiet canal right out the front door. Lovely location, both picturesque and convenient to transit, dining and shops. The staff were superb. Wonderful location, excellent price, very helpful staff, great size of room. Very helpfull and Kind staff. The location was good, the staff were very helpful and the room was ideal, it was very clean.

Their hotel is so nice by a river side and facing a small garden. And the location is very good and it's very close to Dam square or any other interest places. The car park facaility is not very appropriate when with small children.2. The cost of the breakfast is quite expensive for the value.Parking capabilities around the hotel are limited and extreme expensive. Whilst there was some loud noise from street traffic due to Turkey's win in Euro 2008, the view from the giant windows of the canal was fantastic. The bathroom had a bit of a funky smell, but it certainly seemed clean enough and could be due to the building's age of 300+ years.The house is a bit small and sometime we can hear the footsteps of the upper floor maybe because it's an old building. Inconsistent replenishment of toiletry supplies, staff didn't replaceused cups, the blanket/comforter had a weird smell so we had to requesta change the next day. old fixtures in room. no tea / coffee making facilities in room, room very small. The room was very hot - no airconditioning. The decorating could be updated and the bathroom could be updated - rusty radiator etc. The carpet had not been hoovered as there was broken biscuit just slightly under the bed that was not hoovered either on Saturday or Sunday.Lack of a phone, poky room. room is too smal, plus breakfast is too expensive for what you realy get. Bad bed quality, no free internet, not good looking bathroom (least important of the 3). Travelling information

Travel / Location:
From the airport you can take the train to the Central Station.
From there you can take tram number 16, 24 or 25 to the Keizersgracht (4th stop). Walk in the same direction the tram continues, and take a left down the Prinsengracht. You will find us at number 1015.

You can also take a taxi from the airport, or around from the Central Station.
