  My wife and I stayed at La Perle du Sud for one night when we needed to make a last minute trip to Ouarzazate. We were pleasantly surprised by the place, it is nicely decorated, and we had a spacious and comfortable room with air conditioning. The hotel has a nice (small) pool, which also had a bar that served beer during Ramadan (not the case eve... what people say » rywhere). Reasonable price, also included breakfast which we did not eat.   The room was lovely with nice clean linen and comfy bed. The staff were really friendly. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately our room didn't have an outside window in hot weather so spoilt our stay, otherwise it would have been 10/10. The staff lent us a fan but the room was still stifling. I am sure this is just a problem with that particular ... what people say » room so ask for a room with an outside window! - Its a hotel, with hot water from the beginning, good and working WIFI everywhere, clean, separated almost new bathroom. The guy at the reception was extremely kind... So nothing to complain at all! And by the way the things mentioned above are not typical for Moroccan accomodations (except the staff, they were always very hospitable).

  Owner and staff so friendly and willing to help... gave us a tour and let us choose our own room as we were the first to arrive for night, the food were some of the best in all of our stay in Morocco, and the pool area is quite relaxing and clean. This was the cheapest of them all and where we had the most enjoyable time. We enjoyed it because the food was excellent and becuase the whole family running the riad were delightful.   It is the 1st time I give the maximum note to an hotel: everything was perfect. The staff is always present to help you in whatever you need, making sure to respect your privacy in the same time. A must to go if you want to spend some time in Ouarzazate. The attention given of the designof every room, all the small details who make the differenece... what people say » , the kindness of the staff, the location in a quite area just next door from all activities, everything is in place to make you enjoy your stay. - Stayed in the Shehrazad room which was well-decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. AC worked great, which made a huge difference because the heat in Ouarzazate was oppressive. While some have complained about the Vegas feel, my wife and I found the new and luxurious accommodations to be a welcome respite from the other riads we stayed at. Breakfast poolside was also a nice touch.

  Super friendly staff, willing to go out of their way to help guests, really took an interest in me and treated me like family. Great a/c, tv in room. Brought dinner to my room so I wouldn't have to wait. Couldn't have asked for more service-wise. Great price. - Good rooms, nicely decorated, clean and good value. Nice to have a pool also.

  Rita is a lovely woman, who makes you feel at home from the minute you arrive. Very nice and cozy riad, which we highly recommend to everyone. Since we visited her riad in January, we especially appreciated the heating. Thank you, Rita - we'll love to come back!

  I loved the way I was contacted by Claudie as soon as I made the booking. When we met I felt like I knew her already. She made us all feel very welcome - especially my daughter who adored her dogs (peacocks and tortoises). The staff were all extremely friendly, our suite was perfect and the food delicious. The location (which was very easy to find... what people say » - there were signposts from the main road) was beautiful too - very calm and peaceful, we really enjoyed our stay - thank you Claudie and team. - Rooms are large and clean, breakfast was tasty and generous and the people are nice. The owner arranged us a driver with a car who took us around Ouarzazate forfair price and it was well worth the money since we saw a lot.
