The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and the breakfast at the terrace was great. By the time we got the hotel we were so tired from the long trip from Merzouga, so it's a shame we didn't have much energy left to enjoy ourselves at the hotel!. The staff is really really friendly, they were amazing; the food is fabulous, both breakfast and dinner; the rooms are very clean and confortable. Really feels like you're at their home! Very quiet and well located, excellent for the price you pay! Would return.
all reviews » Had all the amenities we needed for our 2 stops in Ouarzazate to get organized - internet, breakfast, in-room heat, tv, nice rooftop terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good dinner, also, even though we only had half-board one of our 2 stays. Warm welcome. The owners are extremely friendly and do their best to serve their customers. Conveniently located close to the bus station and just some minutes away from the city center. Nothing to complain about, wonderful place!. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate dietary requirements for breakfast. A great location with short walk to the centre of town. A great base if you're heading to the Sahara. Pretty, clean, straightforward hotel that does what it says on the tin. I booked this hotel for the an overnight stay on the way to Merzouga. It was fair for the price we paid. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was decent with great views over Ouarzazate. The room was clean. The location is great, on the main road through Ouarzazate. It is a 5 mins taxi ride from the grand taxi/bus station. The position: it is in the middle between Marracheck and Zagora, it is a confortable place to stop for one night. Large bed, lots of pillows. Staff does try to be of service. Rooms at the front are on the main road and so a bit noisy. We were moved to the back of the hotel without any fuss. The rooms towards the street are a little noisy. It's not the height of luxury, but fine for the price!. The beds were very very hard, but still we slept okay through the night. The breakfast was very poor, but we asked for some eggs and got them free of charge. I received a number of ant bites in the Dayus (I cant remember the name of the room) overnight. My brother did not receive any and the inflammation went away after a day so I did not report it. The problem did not exist in the other rooms. The breakfast was not very big even being buffet style. The road is very noisy. But you can close the window and turn on conditioned air. There is an error in their advertising which claims you have access to a washing machine. You don'T. But they do have laundry service for a fee. It is a fifteen minute walk to the downtown area. But the cabs are cheap. For the quality of the hotel, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Help Your self buffet was minimal, aside from the extremely hard dates with worms in! There was little else. Uncomfortable bed, poor shower (like most Moroccan hotels). On the west side of town it's about 30 mins walk to the kasbah and 15 mins to CTM bus station. The stairs with 2 heavy suitcases. At the end of our stay, I was told to pay the guard, person who kept an eye on the cars in the alley. I was not informed when we got there!. The shower is very near to the toilet, so if you like, you can sit on the toilet and have a shower at the same time.... nothing. Nothing but sometimes the bread was dry but it was Ramadan. The location was decent... about a five minute walk to the center of town (not much of a negative, but that's all I've got). N/a. The traffic outside, but no real complaints. The breakfast was kind of local and just fine; a more continental style breakfast would have been appreciated. Poor brakfast And Bog problem whit credit cards. Can't complain for the price we paid. It was dirty. We are sure that they don' t change th bed. Location. Town center only minutes away by taxi, but a little too far to walk which we would have preferred. Days before our arrival we called to reserve their 4x4 for a tour. Thought all was ok, but when we arrived it wasn't. Had to make other last minute arrangements. Disappointing. Road noise. Cockroach in room - unacceptable. Air conditioning as heating was very very noisy and it was next to the bed. So the air was blowing to face. Cold air coming from windows. Part of the bed was attached to the window. We paid for dinner through the letsbookhotel.com but staff did not want to provide it even if I showed them that we booked half board meal. When they saw the booking price they accepted it. Noise from the street Internet did not work. by the road. Elektric socket out from the wall Shower bath do not work properly, water was on every room, very slippery. After firstv day i asked to repare it, but nothing was change. Rooms on the street are noisy.breakfast is a bit above average. A person from te staff asked us to pay before leaving,like we were about to run away without paying...this was really annoying!!they do not even gave us a receipt. breakfast was awful bed was rock hard.
