Exceptionally clean rooms (cleaned daily) and attentive staff. Incredibly good location close to the Djema el Fnaa square and a luxurious, relaxing patio. This Riad offers an excellent combination of modern comfort and tradition, providing a very quiet getaway right in the middle of one of Marrakech's most busy and central neighbourhoods. it was a nice stay in a quiet oasis in the center of the medina. The staff was very friendly, though i d would wished that they would speak better english , because we didnt speak any french. the riad was very clean and nice breakfast and also very good location! i would recommend it for anybody who comes to visit Marrakesh.
all reviews » The Riad is located next to the souk of the city center of Marrakech and within a few minutes you are at Djemma al Fna. The Riad is nicely decorated and very peacefull. We could relaxe a lot at this riad and beds are very nice. Fatima is very kind, she makes sure you have a good breakfast and a clean room every day. Very nice riad in walking distance to main attractions. Easy to find. Room was spacious and cleaned every day. Nice and relaxing atmosphere in it. Terrace view is beautiful although terrace itself could be improved a little bit. Nice breakfast made by madame Fatima who is really kind and fun. It was a very warm and friendly atmosphere. We really enjoyed drinking tea with the people working there while having a talk about Morocco. The rooms on the first floor were comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. The view from the terrace is amazing, this place is made to relax!. big room and clean toilet for only 18€/night/person, yummy breakfast incl., best coffee i had in morocco. It would have been more convenient if the riad had a baby chair to use for the breakfast time. We weren't offered any options like meals, advice about what to do or were to go or help with transfer to the hotel, getting our suitcases from or to the room. We would get more information from the letsbookhotel.com site then from the local manager. The riad is very nice decorated but the rooftop could be so much more appealing, it now looked a bit deserted. Main door keys are not provided to the guests so host is waken up if you come late to the hotel. On the leave we booked a taxi via hotel. At the airport we figured out that guests from the riad traveled with same flight which we did. It would be nice that host offered us to share taxi, especially because taxi is rip off in Marrakech. Nothing. Some fungi in the bathroom (no air circulation). The room has air condition but its not working at all. Imagine coming back from your trip is on a hot afternoon. When ask the staff he said he will get it fix but nothing is done throughout my stay. Some room have no air-conditioner.. please check with the riad when book. Sometimes felt that requests I made (e.g. for breakfast at 07:30) was trouble for the staff and reluctantly agreed to. Rooms not as advertised. I booked a large room and was given a small one which I changed to a larger one that was not very clean and smelt dirty. No soft drinks available. Very smelly bathroom. One member of staff was not to be trusted. Dirty room. Dirty smelly bathroom. The man with the mustache asking for gifts and money when all he ever did was serve breakfast. Poor location. No drinks or snacks available to buy. Tried to cheat us with and airport taxi at 3 times the usual price.
