Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds away from the noise and traffic of the centre. Great hotel. The garden was really nice. Will definately come back again. Large comfortable room well appointed room. (We were in the Koutoubia annexe and we understand this is the best). Very friendly and helpful staff and cleanliness everywhere was exemplary. In our room, corridors and pubic spaces, inside and outside it was kept so clean.

Staff generally pretty good. they offer good breakfast in a poorly ventilated dining room with no aircondiioning in spite of the very hot climate during my stay. Very little literature about the hotel in the rooms. hotel restaurants, shops, etc. Breakfast was not the best meal. Products ran out and were not replaced. One morning was so bad that we complained to the manager and things did improve. We were not alone in being very put out by cold exterior pool and high, individual pricing of all the facilities in the indoor pool complex. Restaurants apart from breakfast, were not up to the general standard ofthe hotel. The Morroccan and the Mediterranean restaurants were cold inthe evenings, we had to keep our coats on!. After checking in a porter pointed us in the direction of our rooms which were on the other side of the complex and left us to find our own way!. prices of beverages/drinks,far too expensive. charging extra money for safty thafe, indoor swiming pool and gym. Things that did not work in the room (eg safe) did not get repaired. Hidden costs - eg Eur10 to swim. Very dated, needs a refurbishment. More three star than five.Porters over eager, vertualy wrestling even hand luggage from you!. Cockroach that I killed the last day. Nice enough hotel but nowhere near a five star by western standards. You get what you pay for. Hotel is good but could do with a bit of a refurbishment in places. airconditioning is very inefficient and one will feel quite unconfortable in the room.
