Big and clean room with a big bathroom. Plenty of space, nice balcony, very comfortable bed, Wifi working well. Rich breakfast included in room rate. Nice and clean swimming pool. Quiet location just a 15 minutes walk from Djemaa el Fna and a 25 minutes walk from the train station. Kind staff. the wonderful park with its lush vegetation, the large pool, the different restaurants. The possibilities to eat meals outside during the whole day.
all reviews » Located in nice park area, relatively close to center Friendly staff helped us to book different tours. This is a very clean, neat and well located resort. I would definitely stay there again. The staff is outstanding. Experienced and very friendly. The hotel is well appointed and the staff are friendly. Spa good and generally a very good break. The staff and high standard of the room. Relaxing stay. I liked the swimming pool facility and the garden. Breakfast was good served near swimming pool. Location was perfect for the Medina. location good Staff excellent. not anything special, just ok. We had problem with payment. Manager was very helpfull and solved the issue. If it was a little closer to Djemaa el Fna the location would be perfect. The hotel itself was nice with very few drawbacks. Breakfast was rich but insects like little flies were flying around coming in from the garden and all food was exposed to them. The noise from the Club in the neighbourhod on weekends. Some of the staff do not master English. The breakfast room is a little bare and cold, but the breakfast buffet is fine. The fact that the hotel nightclub was operating until 4.30 in the morning and they would not reduce the decibel level. We were forced to change rooms because of this. It caused a great deal of distress . Waiters need to spend a little bit longer with their customers so they hear the complete order. Liked everything!. Not Cheap. Room was warm and air condition was not properly functioning. When I ask to prepare air condition the receptionist indicated that cooling switch will be turned on in June. The details on the web site were very ambiguous. There are two separate hotels. The Gardens and the Palace. We were in the Gardens which meant we couldnt use the pool and outside areas of the Palace that were in the photos. rooms in hotel very dated smell in rooms breakfast very basic - same items each day. parking is not near to the bedroom,the elevation is very small,some steps is difficult for our laggage. Staff at the reception is not friendly at all. We had problem with flash button in restroom. Overall, I can't say that room is in good shape, looks as old. It would be ok if price was different, but 100euro per night, it doesn't seem as fair price for this quality. In addition, we ordered dinner and dish was so-so. Again for this price, it's bad. We paid the same money in one of the best restaurant in marrakesh and dish was delicious!. staff were rude i bought a lilo in the hotel shop then was told to get it out of the pool it had just cost me £10 there were no signs up !!!.
