Stayed there only one night before heading to seaside and was very impressed and pleased with this hotel. Hotel itself was very clean, all the traditional interior features created cozy environment. Staff there were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Provided as with some information about local area, got us taxi, gave us some advises on what we should and should not do in the Marrakesh. Location is also very convenient as it is next to the bus and train station. Would definitely stay there ag.

Superbly located close to the main station in an upmarket district with good cafes and patisseries and some designer boutiques. Gorgeous roof terrace!. The hotel is very good value for money. The location is great if you don't want to be cramped up in the medina. The staff were very helpful with anything we needed. The pool was a bit cold but perfect for cooling off after walking around Marrakesh on a hot day. The staff was excellent and helpful. The room was very nice. A basic clean hotel. The porters were great!. every thing is good. Very friendly staff and very clean. Even though food was served in relatively big portions it did not impress me. Shower not the most powerful. The only thing that I would point out was that there was a kitchenette in our suit but no kitchenware to cook in or eat off. The thing I didn't like had nothing to do with the hotel. It was when I booked the hotel room and picked the wrong choice. 67 euros got us the room with no breakfast. 69 euros, the choice I meant to make, would have gotten us breakfast. This mistake cost us 20 euros. I am not sure why the 67 euro choice is even in there. I was in a rush and made a mistake. 100% my fault but I think that letsbookhotel.com could do away with that choice. Nothing. Only I thing was we wanted an iron, but instead they got our closed pressed for us :). - Food from the restaurant was bad = no flavor, no seasoning, tasted very bad! - Have to pay 60 dirham extra for a basic breakfast (juice/coffee/croissant) - Room decor was very basic. There was a lot of noise coming from one of the rooms next to mine and that was due to a hotel electrician doing repairs in the room on a Sunday morning. There was a lack of immediacy with some of the reception staff, but once a problem was noted, it was eventually corrected. All in all a good stay. Breakfast is expensive Room was dark Tajine I had was not great for dinner. The service from the cafe was a little slow. Other than that nothing. Wifi was intermittant, hotel was more than a 'ten minute walk' from the Medina. Booked hotel transfer from airport, but we couldn't find him. He did arrive as we found out when we eventually got to the hotel, by taxi. We booked senior suite, with kitchenette but no kitchen equipment. They should change there description of the suites. I chose a free bike rental option through letsbookhotel.com; however it turned out the hotel does not rent any bikes!. Pool in the shade and water was too cold to swim. Free breakfast didn't have fruit, honey, or eggs. But it was free. Cafe food. Limited poor quality menu. Tea and coffee cold. Ordered a mixed grill which was small and without veg or salad. There was also a super buffet meal which wasn't on the menu. The waiter said " help yourself to the salads" which we did but then they tried to charge us for that meal in addition. The showers were erratic. Suddenly stopped several times during use. indoor pool because no sunshine on there, i would have preffered an outdoor pool with sun shining over it. Nothing. Room was large but nothing special. Breakfast was very basic. Communal areas nothing special. It took a long time, and three attempts to get the 'extra' sheets for the children. Restaurant food terrible, kids whinged through a pizza, my wife couldn't eat the ceasar salad as not fresh. i ploughed through a reheated dish and had 'tummy' trouble for next three days. The food was very poor at this hotel certainly not an Italian chef in house a claimed. Don't bother with breakfast unless you like stale bread. Ask for a room away from the road on the second floor as the hotel can be quite noisy. The front desk staff were not very friendly were too busy chatting among themselves. Almost everything basic and very expensive for watt you get.
