Only 4 minutes walking to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, in a very safe alley. The room (suite) is big and very clean. Good breakfast than you can have in the roof terrace. The couple that runs the rial are very nice and helpful. Make sure you let them know that you want your room cleaned daily, because without your approval they will not do it.
This is a brand new Riad, it openned in June 2013.

Veronique the owner is genuinely friendly, and will take care of you, nothing is too much trouble. She and Jean-Marc made us feel very welcome.
Veronique met us at the City wall when we arrived by taxi, and walked with us to the ryad. When we departed, she waited with us outside the City wall until the taxi arrived. This is super service.

The riad is beautiful and tranquil, with a great location central to the medina, yet removed enough to provide quiet. Fantastic breakfast!

The family really takes care of their gests! Both so that you feel very welcome to their riad and to help you to plan/do nice things during your stay. When we need help to buy some jewellery, we were nicely followed to several serious shops and helped to get at good price. So very serviceminded! Thanks!
PS: Taxi t/f airport may differ much. We used the same driver both ways (40 DH from just outside airport/50 DH drop off at airport). This nice and trustfull driver: 0602458448.

We had a really great stay at Riad Naya!
Hassan came to pick us up from the edge of the Medina (petit taxi from train station to Bab Laksoor entrance - 20dirhams) and immediately made us feel very welcome at his place.
The Riad is newly renovated and very colourful with a great rooftop/terrace area to relax (and smoke some shisha or have a drink!)

The breakfast was great (bread, jam, yoghurt, juice, tea etc) but there is also open access to the kitchen area and fridge so you can buy some thing -
Already lots has been said about this small four room riad. We found the owners very involved with the guests. We have been drinking wine with them and the other guests until deep in the night for more than one evening. There is a very informal and relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are basic but kept spotlessly clean. The riad is situated on walking distance of the city centre but is an oasis of peace when you come back in.
