  We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. The restaurant staff was plentiful but seemed disinterested in serving the guests. However the front desk staff and bellmen were very helpful with great perso... what people say » nalities. Furthermore, I forgot my passport in the room safe and Fatima-ez-hra (the front office manager) saved the day by immediately shipping it to - The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details. The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi. The staff is friendly and very professional. Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants. The quality of both is exceptional.

  The hotel is a must for any art deco fan. The attention to detail is incredible. All the staff are friendly & helpful. The Hammam & massage were a wonderful antidote to the chaotic souk. The food served was also excellent throughout our stay (breakfast) and we ate twice at night at the magnificent first level terrace (same as for the breakfast even though the roof top terrace is also available). The spa services that my wife received were also at the same level of quality.

Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All in all I had a very relaxing time so I extended my stay for t - We only spent 4 days ovrethere , and we must admit that everything was perfect. Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean. Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool. The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second. At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.   Everything. Very easy to drive to from the airport also. Super friendly staff, gorgeous contemporary interior and a lovely breakfast, can't go wrong. I'd definitely recommend to friends and absolutely stay there again.
