We particularly liked the location of the hotel. It was very close to a shopping mail, and not far from the souk.
The room was excellent and comfortable.
I just want to add the staff were exceptionally, we were very much welcomed and felt like royalty. It really does help if you either speak French or Arabic.
Planning to stay here again next year.

The hotel was amazing, everything was great, rooms were big and had two TVs with English firms and new 24hrs a day. Staff were always ready with a smile to help. The swimming pool is large and the bar was reasonable for food and drinks. We will be returning next year

The room was understated luxury. Sumptuous bed and pillows. Bright white linen. Lovely design with a local Moroccan influence in its elegant simplicity. Staff were lovely, helpful but not pushy. We spent two nights in a double room of this hotel with a special offer from letsbookhotel.com. The hotel is not far away from the city centre (less than 10 mins by car/taxi) but good enough to let you away from the chaos of the medina.
Within 3 minutes, I drove to a nearby shopping mall, Almazar, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and a supermarket, Carrefour.

I can't fault Sirayane Boutique Hotel and spa at all! Our stay was amazing, the staff were friendly and courteous without being pushy, even the owner regularly walked around the hotel meeting and chatting to guests (something I've never seen in London!).

La Sultana is a very precious crown with many beautiful jewels (many of them in the staff)

Excellent hotel, excellent staff: everything exceeded my expectations.
I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved.
The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.
