  Wonderfull Riad at the quieter border the medina with very lovely and helpfull staff. We enjoyed our stay of 3 nights so much! The Riad was a real arabian Palace and we felt like some Sultans or Scheichs :) We will come back definitly! We have seen some other Riads at fes but nothing was so amazing like that. The hotel was very quiet and with a terrace with nice views of the ancient medina. Located in the medina but a little far away from the Bab Bou Jeloud Gate.

Tanneries an easy walk downhill along the main thoroughfare of medina. Good access to Merenid Tombs for brilliant sunset views. Upstairs terrace great for relaxing. Very good... what people say » food at restaurant and breakfast buffet. - It was my friend and my first trip to Morocco so staying in a Riad was a typical Moroccan hotel. The souks were near as was the tannery and Jewish quarter.

  We booked the cheapest room in this beautifully restored traditional riad, but as there were few other guests we were given instead a larger more luxurious room. It was gorgeous! I have never before experienced a warmness like this before, as if you are coming home with friends. My friend was sick wenn we arrived and was taken care of immediately. Sakina and Hussein bought him medication, for which they did not want to get any money. They boiled him rice and did not charge, etc. These are lovely people. And the Riad is a nice place. An oasis of calm in the hectic of a Moroccan city.

  In a country of people that will lie to your face and curse you when you leave, the owner and his family of this raid were some of the friendliest people we have ever met.
