  Staff at the Sofitel Casablanca were friendly and helpful- nothing too much trouble. Their English was good, a boon for non French speakers. Rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, and the L'Occitane toiletries and exotic bathroom facilities added a touch of luxury. - A 5star hotel in every respect. Staff are exceptional. Really if ever do I find an imperative to make a comment or post anything on an Internet site. But on this occasion I truly need to extol the virtues of staying at the park suite hotel and my experience. T... what people say » his hotel has truly redefined my Interpretation of what real service is. The cooperation of the staff and management at this hotel is truly second to - Rachid the owner and the receptionists were all very nice. They gave us directions and Rachid showed us to a good brunch spot, The Fence. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I slept like a log. The guards save the parking spots out front for guests, so I was able to park my car for free and it felt safe since the car was within eyesight of the guards. I could see it would be a good place for business travellers, as there is a nice kitchenette and large desk.

  I loved how accommodating the entire staff was. Their number one priority was to please the guest. At 2:00 in the morning when I could not get a WiFi connection the front desk did all they cold to make sure I was happy. They earn an A+ for that effort! And the hotel was very quiet. - Staff is realy friendly, room was clean, bad was comfortable... what people say » (not so hard as usual in Morocco). Standard breakfast with pancakes, jam, etc. There are many markets nearby, so you can by juice, water.. The area is not so croudy and is not so far from the city center.

  Sorry but don't understand the complains about the staff. Our receptionist managed 3 arrivels at the same time, stayed calm and had a private word for all of them. The ibis is nicely located to the main railway station and therefore the best option for our last stay since both airport hotels in Casa seemed to have bad reputation. Nothing to complain for me and my GF, just good thi - Location right by Casa Voyageurs for connecting with the airport is just excellent when travelling in Morocco for independent travellers can be tricky around transport hubs. Hotel very good for an Ibis....beats some in Australia. Had a room with a balcony and renovated bathroom. Nice garden to stroll in and all this right beside a railway station! Also tram to the city centre passes the door and it is modern and efficient. A shame it does not connect to Hassan Mosque.
