  Staff at the Sofitel Casablanca were friendly and helpful- nothing too much trouble. Their English was good, a boon for non French speakers. Rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, and the L'Occitane toiletries and exotic bathroom facilities added a touch of luxury. - A 5star hotel in every respect. Staff are exceptional. Really if ever do I find an imperative to make a comment or post anything on an Internet site. But on this occasion I truly need to extol the virtues of staying at the park suite hotel and my experience. T... what people say » his hotel has truly redefined my Interpretation of what real service is. The cooperation of the staff and management at this hotel is truly second to - Rachid the owner and the receptionists were all very nice. They gave us directions and Rachid showed us to a good brunch spot, The Fence. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I slept like a log. The guards save the parking spots out front for guests, so I was able to park my car for free and it felt safe since the car was within eyesight of the guards. I could see it would be a good place for business travellers, as there is a nice kitchenette and large desk.

  This is a basic hotel, with the facilities they mention. The hotel was within walking distance to the medina and the mosque, and we could leave our luggage at the hotel. It was quite ok for one night. If you plan to stay more you might find the room small, old and noisy.
