  There really wasn't anything not to like. The hotel was fantastic and although we booked a suite, on our arrival the staff upgraded us to an even better one with 2 private terraces. The service was great, food was good and the staff were all very friendly and helpfull.   We particularly liked the location of the hotel. It was very close to a shopping mail, and not far from the souk. The room was excellent and comfortable. I just want to add the staff were exceptionally, we were very much welcomed and felt like royalty. It really does help if you either speak French or Arabic. Planning to stay here again next year.... what people say » - The hotel was amazing, everything was great, rooms were big and had two TVs with English firms and new 24hrs a day.
