location is amazing, right on the beachfront, no walking 2 good sized swimming pools gym and beauty salon on site decent (simple) buffet breakfast well organised hotel fantastic value for money very child friendly not much alcohol, mostly moroccan families, so good atmosphere. lovely well kept gardens along the path, nice for photos interesting layout on different levels, made for nice little walks and felt cosy rather than anonymous, lots of little blocks.
all reviews » I really enjoyed staying in this hotel, its not like a mono block hotel that has no charme, private balconies, and outside entrance made it very pleased stay, also I appreciate the restaurants proximity, and beach accecebility... And the the quiet pool.... Nice staff, great garden, nice room with warm coulours and black-ish furniture, loved the pool area. Great that there was a daily sports program. Aqua-gym etc. And the doughnuts they prepared at the breakfast was YUMMIE. You can find it all in Almoggar. Postion of the hotel is excellent. Lobby areas really good. Staff are friendly and efficient and work hard to keep the place clean. Swimming pools are excellent. Reasonable choice of food for breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Pool sports and Gym aerobics were of a very high standard and fun. All staff were very accomodating to individual needs. A great place to vist to relax. very beautifull garden,tasty and various food ,not many families with children,calmly,close to the beach,clean and nice swimmingpools,helpfull staff,not much people on the beach. big space area of the garden, nice pools, close to the beach, nice and cosy bars with local atmosphere, big and functionally furnitured rooms. Very helpful staff. 1 minute walk to the lovely beach. All the shops and restaurants were just few minutes walk away. Zoo is 7 minutes away. -clean rooms with good facilities, cleaning was daily and tidy. -very nice the garden with pools, bars and directly access to the beach. I liked the location of the hotel and the animation in the mornings. my kids enjoyed it very well. Comfortable beds but with a cockroach underneath! Good access to the promenade and beach, Cheap. Excellant locationl. wish pools were very slightly heated in out of season times, would like beach towel service - had to go buy one. The principal remark that I have noticed there, is you have no idea how, where, and costs of activities there, as the Spa, golf, inside restaurents, please make improvement on that side... Because you find your self lost when you get on that huge place... I saw a disgusting cockroach in our bathroom. The breakfast could include some fruit. Some bananas fx. When we book a hotel of this type with Bookings. com we always seem to end up with a poor quality room. In this instance the three bedded room we booked was very small as a twin room and then just had an extra bed added to it. Rooms tucked away at the end of corridor, no view and one of them overlooking the tip. High prises for servises in hotel, not very clean oceanwater near the hotel, slovenly room cleaning, some intrusive local people,. No hairdryer, no in-room tea facility. TV wasn't working properly. the bfast -special at the rush hour- is very busy - but anyway, it was well organized to add and complete it until 10 am. The rooms are separate from the main building which means there are now Wi-FI there. Too familiar staff in the restaurant. No Internet in the rooms. Not really comfortable desk in the room and without any light. The most strange: we had a breakfast in our last day (at 9 AM) and when we returned to our room there already weren't the towels! Not really polite... drinks quite expensive. large noisy canteen like restaurant. not a great choice of foods. dated 'nightclub'. food-3. and one time i saw cockroach in my room. Dirty room, floor was not washed since hotel opening Wi-Fi only in reception area. I would add teapot in every room. nothing. asked for ground floor accommodation as my husband has difficulty walking , but was given a 5 stairs walk/climb to our room. Rooms were quickly changed though when I complained. Not all staff spoke English and some were quite surly. A little old furniture, and hotel needs repair. If you aren't demanding, this place is for you. The food in other meals, accept breakfast are so poor and stocked. Rooms very dated Choice of food at Breakfast No English language TV channels. we stayed there a couple of times over our holiday due to travelling around and I must say that we did get ripped off the last time as they made us pay for our room twice!!!! Make sure you get a receipt when you pay to prove ..we didn't silly us and didn't have a leg to stand on so had to pay. giga complex lots of rooms so also lots of people Agadir itself is not so nice. One village up north (along the coast) is more interesting (it is a surfers village). But, the rooms are not clean enough. a very poor breakfast. we noticed also bad organization in the restaurant. The hotel is huge and totally without character, a Butlins holiday camp full of Russians. Blackpool and Benidorm rolled into one! Horrible! We would never go back. The size of the room and the cleanliness. I've booked the hotel because 2 tenis courts were inside. I took rackets and balls with me but the courts were really unusable: they were not plane and new balls get the same color than the playground after 10 minutes play. The courts seems to be clay courts but there are nor grains, really hard clay on which it's impossible to slip. Poor service. They didn't make us feel welcomed. This is a poor man's place, deprived of any luxery. The rooms are absolute basic and worn. The waters are dressed like hobo's and even the clientelle looks poor. wifi doesn't work good. there is not wifi in all areas, only in public area. so far from agadir city. The staff treid to give at first option the bad rooms ! The rooms could be better by investing litle. You hear people talkin by night in near rooms. There was little about this hotel to like. It could best be described as 1950s Butlins in the warm!! On a steep slope with no lifts or ramps it is unsuitable for older people, people with mobility problems and young families with buggies. It has no Moroccan features and the rooms are barely functional. No English tv station, no children's tv. No laundry service!! No double beds. I have been to Morocco 7 times and never before stayed in such a dreadful place!. ther is no room service and no frigerator at room. Staff cannot be bothered. Room full of mosquitoes. Staff did nothing about it. Horrible breakfast. No pin number for locker provided. This hotel should not be on letsbookhotel.com.
