- The staff at the hotel were fantastic. Friendly, helpful, genuine. No request was too big and they were always very good humored. They are the hotels biggest asset and a reason I would return to the Tilila. - The 4 person room was spacious, clean, well decorated. It had very good air conditioning and satellite TV. all reviews » All personal was friendly and gave us a great service. We had a spacious room with a small balcony and a bathroom with a bath, Great! Rooms were cleaned every day incl. new towels. The swimmingpool was nice for a short dip or if you want to enjoy the sun a little bit and not go to the beach. Location was about 5 minutes from the waterfront where you can enjoy the beach or restaurants etc. We definitely recommend this hotel!. The studio flats were comfortable, a lot of space and we had a balcony with view to the sea front. breakfast is not included but is not expnesive from the cafe downstairs~€2.5. Staff were friendly and helpful abd the hotel is only 5 min from the beach and 10 from the bahia where you can find a lot of restaurants or simply go for a walk. Lovely room with view of city & beach from the small balcony. Very comfy beds. Large shower/bathroom. All kept very clean with daily maid service. Staff friendly & helpful. On-site restaurant (which is dry) was amazingly good value when we ate there one evening. The staff was very helpful and the cleaning crew was very thorough. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The swimming pool was well maintained, wind-free and even though it was in front of the hotel it was still private enough not to feel on display. Hawkers near the beach could be irritating but easy to get rid of after a days practice! - I recommend that the hotel asks the city council to add more street lights to the steps leading from the main road to the beach area. These are quite dark at night and some visitors might not like this. Not the hotels fault but something you might be able to influence. Nothing. One minor complaint..the kitchenette was only fitted with the absolute minimum of equipment (ie. Pots & pans etc). But we made do as we weren't planning on eating in much. Wifi in the rooms would have been appreciated but it was clearly stated in the description that it was only available in public areas. I was also missing folders in the lobby for the suggestion of nearby activities/sights. Shower. For a small budget hotel there wasn't really anything not to like about the hotel. Balcony would not have held one chair! Next to a busy road. No sea view. Food not available all day. Tiny roadside pool.
