  First of all, we arrived on Friday and directly, we received a glass of champaign. The staff was so friendly. Then, we went with the butler to our room... A beautifull room like a dream, a paradise... We took the suite with ocean view. The room was huge, enormous. It was very clean. The housekeeping came twice a day. All was there to be perfect...... what people say » There were a lot of outdoor facilities ( 2 swimming pools, 3 jacuzzis, a fitness center,....) It was during the low season so there weren't a lot of - brand new hotel with excelent service and at A great price.

  The price was incredibly reasonable, location was great it was close to everything in old Puerto Vallarta. Concierge was very knowledgeable & if she didn't know she'd find out for you.   Ian at the front desk was amazing! We left a bag there and he sent it in a taxi to the airport for us and it made it in 20 minutes! He was so friendly.
