First of all, we arrived on Friday and directly, we received a glass
of champaign. The staff was so friendly. Then, we went with the butler
to our room... A beautifull room like a dream, a paradise... We took
the suite with ocean view. The room was huge, enormous. It was very
clean. The housekeeping came twice a day. All was there to be

Location - the hotel is within all the activity of Zona Romantica. Step out the door and you have a choice of many fine restaurants and are only a couple of minutes walk from the beach and pier. The low cost of the hotel makes it a real deal. The hotel is not fancy but well looked after and the staff very friendly. I would stay there again. -

We were greeted by friendly staff and the place looks exactly as the pics ..no surprises Some rooms have fridges some don't ! probably a good idea if you want one to ask ahead . The King Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Location was perfect and walked everywhere. The roof top patio is a great! -

The price was incredibly reasonable, location was great it was close to everything in old Puerto Vallarta. Concierge was very knowledgeable & if she didn't know she'd find out for you. All the staff were very helpful. It was an enjoyable & wealth worth stay, I'll be definitely coming back again!!!! -

It's a wonderful location in the heart of Old Town Puerto Vallarta, MX and is right on the most famous beach. Has colonial Mexican charm and the employees were delightful. It' a great contrast from the modern high-rise resorts and condos in different pats of the PV area.

The room and the patio were awesome......everything in the suite was new and clean..incredible views from the restaurant and bar on the top of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating...will definitely stay again next time we are in PV. -
