Good value for money in the Cancun area. Very comfortable. Very nice pool area. Helpful concierges. Enough palapas for all guests. Very nice beach. Not exactly in the heart of the "zona hotelera" but very close to it, a 10-minute bus ride. Sea is calmer than in other areas in the zona hotelera, which justifies staying there if one enjoys swimming.

Everyone, and I mean every person, we encountered at this resort was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the Royal Caribbean and entire area. They also never missed an opportunity to wish us a great day or to enjoy our stay. You should be very proud of your staff they really enhance the beauty of this resort.

Almost everything,
the hotel was very nice, the beachfront rooms and seafront rooms definetely worth the extra - the ocean view is breathtaking.
The halls are very nice colonial style. Room is quite nice too, but nothing special - as in every good hotel.
Breakfast was very good - the wide range of choices, including some japanese and oriental choices, although almost the same every day.
The staff was skilled and ready to help.
The location is convinient for us - it is on the beach, a bit far
