The hotel faced a small park that was absolutely in the center of town. The location could not be better. The hotel was beautiful; I liked the Mexican decoration and it was very clean. I loved the room. The hotel is in downtown so it is great to walk near. It is one of the few hotels that has parking lot so that is great if you come driving to Guanajuato. The staff was very warm with us. -

Balcon del Cielo is a fantastic location. A modern funicular takes you to downtown Guanajuato en 10 minutes, and in 20 steps to the top of a mountain where you can see the whole city. I was amazed by the interior design, practical, functional, clean. Five stars for Balcon del Cielo !! -

Location could not have been better. I was there with 7 family members and 4 of them ranged from 75 yrs of age to 87 yrs of age. The jardin and all that surrounds it was at the hotels' door which made it easy and extremely convinient. -
