Location could not have been better. I was there with 7 family members and 4 of them ranged from 75 yrs of age to 87 yrs of age. The jardin and all that surrounds it was at the hotels' door which made it easy and extremely convinient. Fabulous location right in the middle of the city. Interesting design for hotel. Balcony views are wonderful. Rooms are big enough. excellent location, nothing can beat this, just next to the theather and plaza,and restaurants around.

The city is full of life and celebration which is great but it was difficult to sleep at night from all the traffic and people noise. Can be very noisy at night with park and bars and musicians just outside. But doors to balcony are quite soundproof, unless you need to keep them open for cool air. No airconditioning or fan in room. No table lamp beside beds. No breakfast available. the downside of being at excellent location is the noise, so noisy every night because you can hear the music from plaza, no hair dryer, no AC in the room. Since it's on the jardin, it can be noisy at night. The live music lasts until midnight and the bars stay open until 2:00am. Then the cleanup crew starts before sunrise. But I was so tired each night, I was able to sleep through the action when I went to bed. - spotty internet - thin windows - they gave us too many towels at first, but gave us too little by the third day. One room was never serviced and the Internet is blotchy and basically somewhat difficult to get in some rooms. The old stained carpet needs to go carpeted hotel rooms are unhealthy & no good..... Liked it all. There are a lot of things that i didnt like in this hotel. It is amost impossible to sleep Well because You can hear everything that is going on in the streets, the staff in front desk is not very polite , i would not stay there again. Rooms. Staff Shower bad Dark. I have reserved a Junior Suite with balcon, safe and free wifi in the room,. There was no balcon no safe and the wifi only worked in the hallways. The room seemed quite dark with old furniture.
