Efficient,helpful staff. Great ocean front facility, plenty of activities in and outside of the hotel. Multiple restaurants between Rose and Blanco a plus. Most attractions are US$10 taxi ride away. We got a very good room rate through letsbookhotel.com. The staff was great at the hotel. The pool was nice. The ocean was lovely but often red flagged while we were there. Great location. Walking distance from town. Always activities going on at the pool. Wonderful and very helpful staff. Second time staying here and love it.

The waiters at the restaurant/bar was sometime unpleasant. You should have more pool space, we just get places at the pool in late afternoon. Service at bars, resteraunts and front desk was slow at times. Not the best hotel if you are in Cabo to party with friends, but at least you can easily walk to the other hotels and their pools. Checkin was very disorganized. Rooms not available and they try to relocate you to another hotel. I have heard this happens a lot. Not acceptable. Nothing at all, it was amazing!. All inclusive plan has too many restrictions food is average service is slow. There was not a swim up bar. towels were ruff, and shower went from hot to cold. People claiming lounge chairs then not using them for hours. intermittent cold and warm water while showering. could not get a seat by the pool. Went out at 8:15AM to get a spot. They were all taken. Check-out was 10:00. That is so early. Room needed to be updated. Strong smell of sewer a couple of times in the room. It was bad. Beach accommodation, (cleanness, old broken umbrellas, shade frames with dirty covers, broken, dirty lounges, nobody clean racking sand at the beach. Useless TV cabinets in the room. With new flat TVs they just distract to watch TV. Outdated furniture in the rooms. Rooms cleaned very late around 4-5 pm. Food in restaurants became very plain, but expansive. The pbr is relentless when it comes time to selling you on a time share. The hour and a half tour turned into half a day of stress. We had to get through a gauntlet of three different sales agents before getting our $250 gift certificate. At check out time I forgot to present our certificate and realized this when I returned back to the us. I have tried for days to get someone to discuss this matter with me to no avail. I feel totally frustrated and ripped off!!!!. Extra fees and charges for everything. It makes you feel like you have to constantly check how much money you have spent throughout your trip. Not very luxurious. Very mediocre.
