Hotel too old, renovate soon for a good benefit & attraction.
No person to attend at the parking booth when the guest wanted to exit
at about 8.00 am and have to wait for about 25 minutes at the exit and
caused delay to my appointment. You need to attend to this problem not
to occur in future.
Pool area--- very poorly maintain.. No bellboy, carry lots of bag ourself..

I called the hotel earlier to arrange for a candle light dinner in our room but the receptionist is very rude. Make me almost cancel my trip.
During breakfast, the waitress cleanec our table before we even finish eating and didn't even replace it. It's not even closing time.

what's published in the website & a disappointment in this day
and age. 2.Shower screen used was poor as it wets the floor of the
toilet after each shower. Toilet is very small. 3.The culture and
approach at breakfast was not welcoming, always very particular if we

Tv no channel. After bath feel itchy. So do the bed. The location very difficult to find. Should have a big signboard to direct people and show the way.
